Hole Assessment – Inspect and, if necessary, seal or reinforce screw holes that have widened or rusted.
Screw Replacement – Install new, corrosion-resistant roofing screws—typically with neoprene washers to ensure a watertight seal.
Final Check – Ensure all screws are tightened correctly and that the roofing sheets are firmly secured and sealed
